What our customers say

Dear Mason and Lauren,

From a professional perspective, I appreciate your “can do” approach to the work Dominion asks you to do. You exemplify professionalism, flexibility and the willingness to give an honest answer to what can and can’t be done, and suggest better way to get to the desired outcome.

Again, thanks.

Thank you for all of your hard work

Dear Lauren,

Thank you for all of your hard work at Gaston. All of us at Dominion sincerely appreciate your diligence in ensuring the breaker would sit correctly on the new foundation. Other vendors would have simply poured the concrete and we would have been tearing it out. Instead – you took the time to not only measure one last time, but also to look at the job from the “big picture”.

The foundation was the critical path for the rest of the work. And, yes, it needed to be done within a specific timeframe, to support the remainder of the work. Your patience and understanding of this constraint is commendable.

Thank you, and as always – I look forward to working with you again. You and your team are professional, hones, and always provide a high standard of quality.

Over the years MJ Price and his wife, Barbara I. Price made a gradual transition from the building industry into the civil construction arena while procuring more heavy equipment and trucks to expand capabilities and offer customers more diverse services. Mr. Price believed in performing quality work, at a fair price, in a timely manner while maintaining a safe work environment for his dedicated employees. By the late 1970’s, MJ Price was increasingly catering to large industry in the area such as Champion International Paper Co, Coastal Lumber, and Timberlands. Following the death of Mr. Price in 1997, Barbara I. Price continued the business operation until her death in 2010. Following the death of Mrs. Price, the business continued to be owned and operated by Lauren S. Price and her husband, Mason J. Price.

Although, the business has grown and expanded from those first few pieces of equipment, it remains to be operated with the same morals, dedication and work ethic that MJ Price instilled over 40 years ago.

These values are still engrained in the company today which allow the performance of quality work in a competitive, timely, and safe manner while building and maintaining lasting relationships within the industry.
